Directions for Princess in Blue Gown

Step 1 Apply 2 coats of Old Yeller inside the Princess. You will need a damp sponge to wipe off any excess paint which may seep through the holes to the outside of the dress.

Step 2 Apply 3 coats of The Naked Truth to the face and arms. (Only paint a third of the arms if you wish the Princess to wear gloves). Then apply 3 coats of Old Yeller to the hair.

Step 3 Apply 3 coats of Pool Party to the dress. Apply 3 coats of Pool Party to the rest of the arms if you wish to paint the gloves.

Step 4 Once the dress is dry, using a square shader, load Polar Bear and wipe excess paint from the brush onto a paper towel, use the shader brush and paint a little white on the inside of the underskirt so it looks slightly different from the rest of the dress. Be careful not to over load your brush, ensure you wipe the excess white off on to a paper towel. Use Blue Heaven for the band of the dress.

Step 5 Use Kermit, Polar Bear and Black lab to paint the eyes. Mix a tiny bit of Red Blaze and Polar Bear to color the lips (the color will be up to you depending on how deep you want the lips). Use black lab for the eyebrows and eyelashes.

Step 6 Use Peachy Keen for the tiara with Pool Party for the gem in the middle. For the tie in the princess hair use Pool Party. Optional: Using the handle of the #4 Round Brush, dip in to Polar Bear to make decoration on the dress band, gloves and underskirt.

Step 7 Dip in Dazzle Dip Clear Glaze and fire to cone 06.
